kasper: ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ О проведении открытого первенства АУ СН ЦПСК «Химки» по художественной гимнастике городского округа Химки. 1. ЦЕЛИ И ЗАДАЧИ Популяризация художественной гимнастики в городском округе Химки; Выявление лучших гимнасток, повышение спортивных разрядов; Привлечение молодежи к занятиям спортом; Обмен опытом. 2. ВРЕМЯ И МЕСТО ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ Соревнования проводятся 28 мая 2011 года по адресу: г.Химки ул.Чкалова д.4а СК «Родина». Проезд: от станции метро Речной вокзал автобусом или маршрутным такси № 342 до остановки Школа № 5. Начало соревнований в 11:00 Совещание судей 10:30 3. РУКОВОДСТВО ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ Общее руководство проведением соревнований осуществляет АУ СН ЦПСК "Химки" Медицинское обеспечение и обеспечение безопасности соревнований возлагается на соответствующие службы принимающей организации Судейство соревнований осуществляется АУ СН ЦПСК «Химки» + 1 судья от каждой команды. Главный судья соревнований – Кандаева Г.А. ( I категория ) Главный секретарь – Белоусова Н.М. ( I категория ) 4. ПРОГРАММА СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ Соревнования проводятся в соответствии с действующими правилами соревнований федерации FIG и ЕВСК Групповое упражнение: 2002 - 2003 г.р. - I юн. разряд ( Б.П.+ вид ) 2001 - 2002 г.р. - III разряд ( Б.П.+ вид ) 2000 - 2001 г.р. - II разряд ( Б.П.+ вид ) 1999 - 2000 г.р. – I разряд ( 2 упражнения с предметами ) 1996 - 1998 г.р. – КМС ( 5 скакалок, 5 мячей ) Каждая команда может предоставить показательный номер от 2 до 3 мин. 5. УЧАСТНИКИ СОРЕВНОВАНИЙ К участию в соревнованиях допускаются спортсменки, имеющие специальную подготовку и допуск врача; Состав команды: 6 гимнасток, тренер, 1 судья (кол-во команд не ограничено). 6. ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ И НАГРАЖДЕНИЕ ПОБЕДИТЕЛЕЙ Победители и призеры определяются по наибольшей сумме баллов в многоборье в каждой возрастной группе и награждаются грамотами, медалями и призами АУ СН ЦПСК «Химки»; Участницы, занявшие 4-6 места награждаются грамотами и призами; Все участницы соревнований награждаются памятными подарками АУ СН ЦПСК «Химки» 7. ПОРЯДОК И СРОКИ ПОДАЧИ ЗАЯВОК Предварительные заявки на участие подаются в АУ СН ЦПСК «Химки» не позднее 18 мая 2011 года по адресу: МО., г.Химки, ул.Чкалова д.4а.
