Insurance: Each delegation member must have a valid health and accident insurance policy. Entries: Provisional entry: 03 June, 2011 Definitive entry: 03 July, 2011 Nominative entry 03 August, 2011 Visa Request: 03 July, 2011 Travel details: 03 August, 2011 Prizes: The winners of finals are awarded with the diplomas, medals and prizes from the organizers of competitions. Official forms: Official forms for Difficulty and Artistry (10 copies each) for each exercise have to be handed by the coach upon arrival at accreditation. Music: All exercises must be accompanied by CD recording. Please bring two duplicates of each CD. National Anthem/Flag: All delegations are kindly requested to bring their national anthem and flag.
